Freight and delivery arrangements

Delivery method

All goods can be sent in the following five ways: 
  • By the way, SF Smart Cabinet, SF Service Center
  • 7-11 Convenience store pickup (via SF Express)
  • OK Convenience Store Pickup (via SF Express)
  • Pay on delivery-business address / residential / remote address
  • Except for shipping discounts, other optional delivery items will be processed on collect, so the customer will display zero in the shipping fee column on the order, which means that the shipping will be directly charged by the logistics company
  • If the free shipping amount is full, the shipping fee will be automatically deducted. If you have any questions, please contact us before payment
  • If the goods with different order numbers need to be sent out by folder, please contact us to arrange before shipment, otherwise it cannot be processed.

Hong Kong Delivery Fee:
SF Express freight collect (HK$30) SF Express to "Hong Kong" business address/Hong Kong SF Station; or post office delivery to residential address.
Purchase over HK$800 (Free) SF Express to "Hong Kong" business address/Hong Kong SF Station; or post office delivery to residential address.

Macau delivery fee: SF Express freight collect (free shipping over $1200)

Mainland China delivery fee: SF Express freight collect (free shipping for orders over $1200), once shipped within 10-14 days

International shipping fee: You can check the international shipping fee by email/message first, and contact customer service for quotation for shipping fee. If you have any questions, please WhatsApp +852 5514-0555

About shipping
  • If the customer provided wrong delivery information / the logistics company failed to contact the customer many times / the customer refused unreasonably / the customer did not pick up the package after the time was over or refused to accept the second delivery address arranged by the smart cabinet / etc..., that leads to delivery failure or goods returned, the additional shipping fee / shipping fee for the second delivery / fines from the logistics company will be borne by the customer.
How to deal with damaged cargo
  • If the goods are damaged or lost due to the error of the logistics company during the delivery, we will assist the customer to recover from SF but will not compensate.
  • We will try our best to ensure the integrity and safety of the package, but it is inevitable that the appearance of the goods will be affected due to accidents during the transportation. Those who mind are recommended to go to the company’s pick-up point.
Our self-pickup point
  • Due to the limited storage space of the company’s warehouse, guests are requested to pick them up within 10 working days after receiving the arrival email notification.
  • Please check clearly when picking up, the goods will not be returned or exchanged.
  • To support environmental protection, it is recommended to bring your own eco-bag.
  • As the staff is very limited, make an appointment the day before you come. Those who mind can choose other ways.

The use of smart cabinets needs to know
  • When the package arrives at the designated smart locker address, by the way, the smart locker company will send a short message (SMS) to the guest's phone, please use the pickup code in the SMS to pick up the package within 30 hours after receiving it , No time waiting.
  • If the package is not picked up due to the time limit or needs to be re-delivered to another address, such as SF Station, SF Express Service Center, etc., the cost incurred for the second shipment shall be borne by the customer.
  • If we find that the size of the product ordered by the customer exceeds the upper limit of the smart cabinet at the time of shipment, we will notify by Facebook Messenger/call/email and arrange other shipping channels.
  • By the way, the smart cabinet company has the opportunity to transfer to the nearest second cabinet machine in the same segment due to the utilization rate. If necessary, you need to contact the customer service of the smart cabinet company to make arrangements.
  • Our company cannot be responsible for any additional freight or time delay caused by the change of location.
  • When a guest chooses to use the Shunbian Smart Cabinet, it means that the guest accepts the conditions of the company and the Shunbian Smart Cabinet Co., Ltd. by default.

Other shipping instructions
  • If you need to pick it up at SF Express, please fill in the detailed SF address and "SF Site Code" in the address field.
  • For mail security issues, surface mail is not provided.
  • *All mailing methods will provide mail tracking number, which can be tracked online.
  • *For SF Express pick-up, you will receive SMS notification for pick-up, please fill in the mobile phone number correctly
  • An additional fee of HK$20 will be charged for door-to-door delivery of SF residential addresses. For non-industrial and commercial properties in remote areas, a surcharge of HK$30 will be charged for remote areas. Please be aware.
