Return Policy

Return and Exchange:
Please contact us within 5 days after receipt. We hope to understand with you the reason for return/exchange and provide a suitable solution.

How to return and exchange goods and rules:
  • After receiving the goods, if you find that the goods are dumped or damaged (except for the indentation of the outer packaging carton, which does not affect the use), please do not open the goods, and take photos and send them to us within 5 days after receiving the goods. If you receive the wrong item or product, please take the box/bag surface waybill and take photos of all received products immediately for record, and send it to us within 5 days after receiving the goods.
  • If the goods are damaged or lost due to the error of the logistics company during the delivery, we will assist the customer to recover from SF but will not compensate.
  • We will try our best to ensure the integrity and safety of the package, but it is inevitable that the appearance of the goods will be affected by accidents during the transportation. Those who mind are recommended to go to the company’s pick-up point
  • We will only accept the return of goods sold through this online store that have been damaged at the time of receipt or do not match the order.
  • We will not bear any costs or shipping costs incurred by any unapproved return/exchange.
  • If the customer does not have any application for return or exchange of goods within 5 days from the date of receipt, it means that the merchandise transaction has been completed, and the company shall not bear any legal responsibility, nor will it arrange any exchange of merchandise or refunds.
